对比分析腹腔镜手术与开放性肾脏部分切除术治疗肾脏肿瘤的疗效

摘要
目的：对应用开放性肾脏部分切除术与腹腔镜手术两种方式对患有肾脏肿瘤疾病的患者实施治疗的临床效果进行研究。方法将我院收治的72例患有肾脏肿瘤疾病的患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，平均每组36例。采用常规开放性肾脏部分切除术方式对对照组患者实施治疗；采用腹腔镜手术方式对治疗组患者实施治疗。结果治疗组患者肾脏肿瘤疾病的治疗效果明显优于对照组。结论应用开放性肾脏部分切除术与腹腔镜手术两种方式对患有肾脏肿瘤疾病的患者实施治疗的临床效果非常明显。
Abstract
objective to apply open renal partial resection with laparoscopic surgery two ways for the patients with renal disease to study the clinical effect of treatment. Methods in our fingers in 72 cases of patients with renal tumor diseases were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, an average of 36 cases in each group. Using conventional open renal resection treatment in patients with control group; Using laparoscopic surgery in the treatment group patients treatment. Results the treatment group effect in patients with renal tumor disease is better than the control group. Conclusion application of open renal partial resection with laparoscopic surgery two ways for the patients with renal disease treatment, clinical effect is very obvious.
