摘要
目的：观察三种宫内节育器（IUD)临床应用效果。方法：选择2009年1月1日～2013年12月31日在裕民县妇幼保健院放置3种IUD的妇女共1025名，实际调查972名。以随机方法分3组，放置3种不同的IUD，其中吉妮环（GyneFixNiIUD)289例、爱母环（MCuIUD)308例、花环（HCu280IUD)375例，于放置后1月、3月、6月、12月及24月进行随访。结果：3种IUD24月脱落率分别为0.69%、2.27%、2.4%，放置GyneFixNiIUD低于其他两组，差异有显著性（p<0.05)；带器妊娠率分别为0.69%、0.64%、0.8%,3者相比差异无显著性（p>0.05).。因症取出率分别为1.73%、4.55%、1.87%，放置MCuIUD高于其他两组，差异有显著性（p<0.01）。累积续用率分别为96.86%、92.86%、95.47%，放置MCuIUD低于其他两组，差异有显著性（p>0.05)。结论：3种节育环各有优缺点，医生要根据手术者的身体条件严格掌握适应症和不同IUD的特点，放置合适的节育环，为广大妇女服务。
Abstract
objective: to observe the three kinds of intrauterine device (IUD) clinical effect. Methods: on January 1, 2009-2013, December 31, in he county maternal and child health care placed a total of 1025 women of the three kinds of IUD, actual survey 972. Placed in three groups by random method, three different types of IUD, including JiNiHuan GyneFix Ni (IUD) in 289 cases, love mother wreath of IUD (MCu) 308 cases, 280 IUD quil (HCu) of 375 cases in place after 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months and 24 months of fol ow-up. Results: the three IUD24 month fal off rate is respectively 0.69%, 2.27%, 2.4%, placing GyneFix Ni IUD is lower than the other two groups, with significant difference (p< 0.05); With pregnancy rates were 0.69%, 0.64%, 0.8%, compared to those 3 there was no significant difference (p > 0.05). Because disease remove rate is respectively 1.73%, 4.55%, 1.87%, MCu is placed an IUD is higher than other two groups, with significant difference (p < 0.01). Cumulative fol ow-up YongLv are 96.86%, 92.86% and 96.86%respectively, MCu is placed an IUD is lower than the other two groups, with significant difference (p > 0.05). Conclusion: the three kinds of coil each have advantages and disadvantages, the doctor according to the operation of physical condition strictly grasp the indications and the characteristics of different IUD, place the appropriate coil, serve the masses of women.
