摘要
目的：探讨介入封堵术治疗先天性心脏病的临床效果。方法：抽取来我院诊治的先天性心脏病患者100例，随机分为两组，分别采取传统开胸手术治疗及介入封堵术治疗，对比分析其临床资料。结果：采取传统开胸手术治疗的50例患者成功48例，围手术期发生并发症者2例；采取介入封堵术治疗的50例患者成功者48例，围手术期发生并发症者2例。结论：介入封堵术治疗先天性心脏病具有安全性高、创伤小、恢复快、操作简单、不留手术瘢痕、并发症少等优势，值得临床推广应用。
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of interventional therapy for congenital heart disease(CHD).Methods: 100 patients with CHD were randomly divided into two groups,respectively adopt the traditional thoracotomy therapy and interventional therapy,the clinical data were comparatively analyzed.Results:48 of 50 patients had successful traditional thoracotomy surgery,perioperative complications occurred in 2 patients;48 of 50 patients had successful interventional therapy,perioperative complications occurred in 2 patients.Conclusion:interventional therapy for congenital heart disease has high safety,less trauma,quicker recovery,simple operation,no operation scar,less complications and other advantages,it is worthy of clinical application.
