Vaginal bleeding after menopause causes and prevention measures
Objective: the situation in older women after menopause vaginal bleeding were analyzed to investigate the causes and treatment options. Methods: 200 cases of elderly patients in our hospital from February 2013 to January 2014 are treated, patients with vaginal bleeding and bloody vaginal discharge and other symptoms in postmenopausal women, the use of Gynecological, B-ultrasound, TCT examination and intrauterine Histological analysis of the cause of the stopcock and other means, and severity of the patient. Results: According to the pathology report findings and examination, the cause patients divided into four categories: genital inflammation in 120 cases, 15 cases of uterine fibroids, cancer 55 cases, the other 10 cases. Conclusion: benign genital bleeding is the main reason for vaginal menopause early, with time, along with the degree of malignancy of serious disease, it is timely for the cause to take appropriate treatment.
