Efficacy and safety of phenanthrene with our Lactobacil us capsules in the treatment of bacterial vaginosis
Objective: To study the efficacy and safety of division of phenanthrene and Lactobacil us capsules in the treatment of bacterial vaginosis. Methods: 100 patients with bacterial vaginosis in our hospital patients, were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, each of 50 cases, control group were treated with metronidazole suppository, experimental group using the division of phenanthrene and Lactobacil us capsule combined with treatment, after treatment and 3 months after the review, to observe its efficacy and recurrence rate. Results: the clinical total effective rate was significantly higher than control group and low recurrence rate (P < 0.05); There was no statistical y significant difference of adverse reaction in both groups. Conclusion: department of phenanthrene and lactobacil us element capsule combined treatment of bacterial vaginosis clinical curative effect is satisfied, safe and convenient, no adverse reaction, know as the drug of choice for bacterial vaginosis.
