Related reason analysis of psychological distress degree and treatment of anxiety disorder
Objective: To analysis the degree of psychological distress and related causes of anxiety disorders, and to explore the treatment of anxiety disorders.Methods: Select 56 patients with anxiety disorder treated in psychiatric of our hospital from January 2012 to December 2013 ,using the basic situation of the table and the degree of psychological distress in patients with questionnaires in psychological distress and related causes assessment of patients with cognitive behavioral and drug therapy approach, using the Hamilton anxiety Scale in patients before and after treatment (HAMA) to assess clinical efficacy.Results: 56 patients with an average distress score of 2 to 8 degrees, with an average score of (4.6 ± 1.4) points, which was 89.3% (50/56) in patients with moderate to severe psychological distress. Gender, age, marital status, sleep quality, education, children, relations, economic, emotional state and so is an important factor and is closely related to psychological distress. After treatment, 56 patients with anxiety disorders were cured 13 cases, 23 cases of significant progress, progress in 17 cases, 3 cases, the total effective rate of 94.6%.Conclusion: Most patients with anxiety disorders are varying degrees of psychological distress and affected by various factors such as gender, age, education level, disease patients, should be based on the factors of psychological distress in patients with psychological care and individualized drug therapy to reduce anxiety degree of psychological distress syndrome patients.
