摘要
目的：重视脐带异常的早期识别、及时发现和及时处理，避免因误诊、漏诊而延误病情失去手术时机、导致胎儿生命危险。方法：对我院收治的一例因胎儿窘迫而施行剖宫产术术中发现的脐带血肿进行报告。结果：及时行剖宫产术终止妊娠，挽救了新生儿的生。结论：脐带异常的早期识别、及时发现和及时处理应该受到重视。
Abstract
purpose: emphasis on umbilical cord abnormality early recognition and timely detection and timely treatment, avoid the misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis and lose operation time delay treatment and lead to fetal life risk. Methods: our hospital in case of cesarean section for fetal distress found in umbilical cord injury report. Results: the timely cesarean section to terminate pregnancy, saved the baby's born. Conclusion: the abnormal umbilical cord of early recognition and timely detection and timely treatment should be taken seriously.
