Objective to seek for the healthy way of community hypertension patients, better popularization of knowledge of hypertension control, improve the quality of life in patients with hypertension. Methods through social support in patients with hypertension was dating service system, the implementation of nursing intervention on patients with hypertension. Carry out regular activities results, so that the community hypertension patients to improve the medical compliant behavior, medication compliance and to change bad behavior way of life.
