Objective: for the treatment of risperidone elderly mental disorders of observation and analysis on the efficacy and safety. Methods: the clinical study mainly in our hospital in May 2009 to May 2013 treated 100 cases of elderly patients with mental disorder as the research object. Based on the principle of random distribution, al patients were divided into control group and experimental group, 50 cases each group.
