Progress on detection and identification of Phytophthora spp.in citrus plants
There are a dozen Phytophthora pathogens in citrus across the world.The two important quarantine fungal Phytophthora pathogens of citrus,Phytophthora hibernalis and P.syringae,are prohibited to entry into China.This paper reviews the research progress of detection and identification of Phytophthora pathogens diseased citrus plants about the symptoms of observation and pathogen morphology identification and molecular detection,providing some useful reference for the detection and identification of the phytophthora spp.
