微流控芯片检测技术及其在植物检疫领域的应用前景展望

微流控芯片(Microfluidic chip)技术是一种可精确操控微小通道中纳升至微升级尺度液滴进入反应区,开展高通量检测的现代生物技术.本文简要介绍了微流控芯片材料和加工技术的发展及优势,重点.阐述了该技术与重组酶聚合酶扩增(RPA)、环介导等温扩增(LAMP)、实时荧光定量聚合酶链式反应(qPCR)等技术的融合,及其在微生物及转基因高通量检测中的原理及应用案例,探讨了该技术在植物检疫领域针对危险性有害生物开展检测鉴定的应用前景.综合分析认为,微流控芯片技术具有试剂消耗少、检测速度快、检测通量高、操作简便等优势,针对某类危险性有害生物以及某种植物或植物产品上的所有危险性有害生物开展高通量检测,均有十分广阔的发展空间和应用前景.
Microfluidic chip detection technology and its application prospect in plant quarantine
Microfluidic chip technology is an advanced biotechnology that enables precise manipulation of droplets at the nano-scale and micro-scale within narrow channels,facilitating high-throughput detection.This paper provided a concise overview of the advancements and advantages associated with microfluidic chip materials and processing techniques.It primarily focused on integrating this technology with recom-binase polymerase amplification(RPA),loop-mediated isothermal amplification(LAMP),quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction(qPCR),and others,along with its principles and application cases in high-through-put detection of microorganisms and genetically modified organisms.The potential applications for the de-tection of hazardous pests in plant quarantine were also discussed.Comprehensive analysis showed that microfluidic chip technology has several advantages,including minimal reagent consumption,rapid detec-tion speed,high throughput,and user-friendly operation.Its broad development space and application prospects lie in its capacity to facilitate efficient high-throughput detection of specific hazardous pests or all hazardous pests on specific plants or plant products.
