天津口岸从黑山共和国进境国际寄递物中截获一种可疑的昆虫卵,通过形态学特征、线粒体COI基因序列比对和系统进化分析,最终确定为巴尔干锯螽斯[Saga natoliae(Serville,1838)].目前,巴尔干锯螽斯在我国国内尚未有发生和分布的报道,属于外来物种,此次为全国口岸首次截获该螽斯.
Abstract
An insect egg was intercepted in international express imported from Montenegro at Tianjin port.Based on the morphological characteristics and DNA sequence analysis of mitochondrial COI gene and phylogenetic analysis,it was identified as Saga natoliae(Serville,1838)which is alien species.It has been no reports of occurrence and distribution in China.This is the first report for interception of Saga natoliae.
