百合线虫病害及其综合防控研究进展

本文对国内外百合(Lilium)相关植物线虫的种类、分布、危害程度及其防控技术等方面进行了综述.全世界已报道百合相关植物线虫40种和12个未定种,隶属于3目15科22属,美国和荷兰的百合植物线虫比较丰富,分别报道了 20种和 11种,我国百合上仅记录了 7种植物线虫.草莓滑刃线虫(Aphelenchoides fragariae)、菊花滑刃线虫(Aphelenchoides ritezemabosi)、穿刺短体线虫(Pratylenchus penetrans)和鳞球茎茎线虫(Ditylenchus dipsaci)对百合的生长危害最大,对百合上这4种植物线虫的致病性和防控技术研究较多.精选健康种球、田间管理、热水处理、合理轮作和化学防治是有效防控百合线虫病害的综合措施.本文还对我国百合寄生线虫的研究方向进行了探讨,为今后百合线虫病害调查和防控工作提供重要参考.
Research progress on nematode diseases of lily and their integrated management
In this paper,the species,distribution,damage level and control methods of lily-associated plant nematodes were reviewed.40 nematode species and 12 unidentified species belonging to 3 orders,15 fam-ilies and 22 genera were reported on lily worldwide,in which only 7 species were recorded in China.Lily-related nematodes were abundant in the United States and the Netherlands,with 20 and 11 species reported respectively.Aphelenchoides fragariae,Aphelenchoides ritezemabosi,Pratylenchus penetrans and Dity-lenchus dipsaci are the most important parasitic nematodes of lily,the pathogenicity and control methods of these four plant nematode species were well studied.The integrated managements for effective control nematode diseases of lily were planting stock selection,field management,hot water treatment,crop rotation and chemical control.The research direction of nematode diseases of lily in China was also discussed in this paper,which will provide an important reference for the investigation and control of lily nematode dis-eases in the future.
