Since the first report of Fusarium wilt of banana in the banana-producing areas of Mengla in Yunnan Province in 2009,it has become one of the main obstacles restricting the development of the ba-nana industry in Yunnan Province.This study investigated and analyzed the occurrence characteristics of Fusarium wilt of banana,summarized the specific practices and main problems in the prevention and con-trol practice of Fusarium wilt of banana in Yunnan,and proposed comprehensive prevention and control strategies including strengthening quarantine,conducting systematic monitoring,innovating and integrating new technologies and strengthening publicity and training,in order to provide reference for the prevention and control of Fusarium wilt of banana in other regions.
