Occurrence and pathogen identification of grape virus disease in Turpan
In order to clarify the occurrence of grapevine virus disease and the types of virus infection in Turpan,the infection of grapevine virus in Turpan grape growing area was investigated.According to high-throughput sequencing results,field investigation combined with RT-PCR technology was used to de-tect suspected grape virus samples.The results showed that the symptoms of Turpan grape virus disease were generally around June to July;A total of 183 samples were collected and five kinds of viruses were detected,including Grapevine Kizil Sapak virus(GKSV),grapevine leafroll-associated virus 4(GLRaV-4),grapevine berry inner necrosis virus(GINV),grapevine fabavirus(GFabV),grapevine rupestris stem pit-ting-associated virus(GRSPaV),The total detection rate were 8.20％,30.60％,18.58％,10.92％,25.68％,and the detection rate of GLRaV-4 was the highest;Multiple infection of grapevine virus was common,there were two or three types of multiple infection,and the total detection rate of 27.32％,8.74％respectively.This study investigated and identified grape virus disease in Turpan,clarified the species of grape virus,grasped the occurrence status and virus carrying situation of grape virus in different grape growing areas,to provide theoretical guidance for the early monitoring and control of grape virus disease in Turpan.
