Establishment and implementation of plant quarantine standard system for import and export con-tainers in China
Based on the analysis of the causes of container pest risk,this paper introduces the background and process of China taking the lead in establishing the phytosanitary standard system for entry-exit con-tainers in the world,and expounds the content and practical significance of the standard system,and pro-vides a useful reference for thd formulation of international rules.
