Based on the analysis of the causes of container pest risk,this paper introduces the background and process of China taking the lead in establishing the phytosanitary standard system for entry-exit con-tainers in the world,and expounds the content and practical significance of the standard system,and pro-vides a useful reference for thd formulation of international rules.
