摘要
根结属线虫为植物根系专性内寄生线虫,可侵入寄主植物根内部为害,是为害最严重的线虫类群之一.其常见的虫态为2龄幼虫,虫体小,种间形态近似,且种内差异较大.其成虫不易获得,且雄虫通常没有显著的种类鉴定特征,雌虫的会阴花纹相似度高,因此形态鉴定十分困难.本文在Subbotin等发表的多歧检索表的基础上,将现已发表的根结属线虫进行了进一步整理,以便于国内农业生产或海关口岸在根结线虫检疫鉴定时参考.
Abstract
Root knot nematodes are specific endoparasitic nematodes that can invade the interior of host plant roots and causing damage.They are one of the most economically important nematode groups.The common form is the second juvenile stage,which is very small,showing similar interspecies morphology and significant intraspecies differences.Adults are difficult to obtain,males typically lack distinctive species identification characteristics,while the perineal patterns of females are highly similar,making mor-phological identification challenging.Building upon Subbotin et al.'s published polytomous keys,this arti-cle further organizes the table to provide a reference for domestic agricultural or customs ports inspection in root knot nematode quarantine and identification.
