木质包装松材线虫检疫制样机适用性分析

松材线虫致病力强、危害大、治理难,是世界重要检疫性有害生物.本文通过改进的贝尔曼漏斗法,对制样机制样、手工斧劈制样、电锯制样3种方法获取的木质包装样品进行了线虫分离效果测试.结果显示,制样机制样与手工斧劈制样效果无显著差异,与电锯制样差异显著,制样机制样可以替代手工斧劈制样,从而减轻口岸人员紧张的压力,提高通关效率.
Applicability analysis of wood sample manufacture machine for nematode quarantine of wooden pack-ing pine wood nematode
Pine wood nematode has become an important quarantine object in many countries because of its high pathogenicity,significant harm and difficulty in treatment.In this paper,the nematode separation effect of wood packaging samples obtained by three methods,namely wood sample manufacture mechanical sample,manual cutting sample and electric saw sample,was tested by the improved Bellman funnel method.The results show that there is no significant difference between the sample manufacture machine and manual cutting,but have significant difference with electric saw sample.The wood sample manufacture machine can replace manual cutting,thereby reducing the pressure of port personnel and improving the efficiency of customs clearance.
