From four different angles such as standing in the holistic thinking of the part,standing in the current thinking of the past,standing in the future thinking of the present,and standing in the other side to think about their own,the thinking of doing a good job in the new situation of entry-exit animal and plant quarantine work was discussed in this paper,and relevant suggestions on improving and perfecting the work was put forward.
