The Clinical study of evodia hot ironing nursing on chosen time and acupoint on psychosomatic symptoms of postoperative patients with breast cancer
Objective:To investigate the effect of evodia hot ironing nursing on chosen time and acupoint on psychosomatic symptoms of postoperative patients with breast cancer.Methods:A total of 88 patients undergoing breast cancer surgery in the Shenzhen Longgang District Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected as the research subjects from January 2020 to December 2021,and were divided into the experimental group(44 cases)and the control group(44 cases)by random number table method.The two groups of patients were treated with evodia hot ironing after breast cancer surgery,and the experimen-tal group was adopted the nursing of chosen time and acupoint.Hot ironing nursing was 30 minutes a day for 3 consecutive days.Postoperative pain,psychological indicators,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were evaluated in the two groups.Results:At 24h,48h,and 72h after surgery,the VAS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than 12h after surger-y,showing a downward trend,and the experimental group's VAS scores were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);7d after surgery,both groups of SAS and SDS scale scores declined significantly,and the experimental group's psycho-logical scale scores were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the experimental group's quality of life scores in SF-36 were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the experimental group's satisfaction with care was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Evodia hot ironing nursing on chosen time and acupoint could reduce the postop-erative pain degree of breast cancer patients,promote the improvement of psychosomatic symptoms,and achieve higher nursing satisfaction.
