Effect of mind-mapping-based seamless care on psychological status and intraoperative complications in patients undergoing uterine fibroid surgery
Objective:To analyze the effect of seamless nursing program based on thinking map on patients psychological status and intraoperative complications during uterine fibroid surgery.Methods:One hundred patients who underwent surgery for u-terine fibroids in the gynecology department of the First People's Hospital of Plain County between January 2021 and December 2022 were randomly selected as study subjects and divided into observation and control groups according to the random number table method.Patients in the observation group were given seamless care based on thinking maps,and patients in the control group were given conventional care.The changes in the psychological status of patients in both groups were observed,and the occurrence of intraoperative complications in patients with different nursing regimens were compared.Results:The psychologi-cal state scores of the observation group after nursing were higher than those of the control group,and the risk of intraoperative complications was lower,and the patients'satisfaction evaluation of nursing services was higher after surgery(P<0.05),and the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion:Seamless nursing care with mind maps during uterine fibroid surgery can effectively improve patients'poor psychological status,reduce the risk of intraoperative complications,and bring patients higher quality nursing intervention services.
