Objective:To explore the application effect of Zishen Yutai Wan combined with dexamethasone progesterone in the treatment of early unexplained recurrent miscarriage.Method:86 patients with early unexplained recurrent miscarriage admit-ted to our hospital from July 2019 to July 2022 were selected and divided into a control group(n=43,dexamethasone proges-terone)and an observation group(n=43,Zishen Yutai Wan combined with dexamethasone progesterone)based on the differ-ences in treatment plans.The treatment efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,serum factor levels,pregnancy protection results,and safety of the two groups of patients were compared.Result:Comparison of treatment effectiveness rates between groups(P＜0.05).After treatment,the observation group had low TCM syndrome scores and high levels of proges-terone and human chorionic gonadotropin(P＜0.05).The rate of recurrent miscarriage in the observation group was 9.30％,lower than 32.56％in the control group(P＜0.05);there were no deaths of premature fetuses in the observation group,while the mortality rate of premature fetuses in the control group was 2.33％,with a comparison between groups(P＞0.05);There were 33 full-term fetuses in the observation group and 17 full-term fetuses in the control group,with a comparison of the suc-cess rates of fetal preservation between the two groups(P＜0.05).Conclusion:For patients with early unexplained recurrent miscarriage,the use of Zishen Yutai Pill combined with dexmedroxyprogesterone during the pregnancy protection process has a good effect in enhancing the patient's pregnancy protection effect and improving endocrine function.The patient's pregnancy protection outcome is relatively good,and the safety of the combined medication is still acceptable.It is suitable for clinical pro-motion and use.
