Effect of standardized nursing procedures based on evidence-based case analysis on bleeding and complications in patients with postpartum hemorrhage
Objective:To analyze the value of implementing standardized nursing procedures based on evidence-based case analy-sis in the care of patients with postpartum hemorrhage.Methods:Eighty-six patients with postpartum hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from February 2021 to March 2023 were selected and grouped by the touch-ball method,43 cases each in the con-trol group and observation group, with conventional care in the control group and standardized care based on evidence-based case analysis in the observation group, and the clinical care effects of the two groups were compared. Results:Compared with the two groups, the amount of bleeding at 2h and 24h after delivery was higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05);the ADL and satisfaction scores of patients in the observation group after care were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the complication rate was lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized nursing procedures based on evidence-based case analysis for patients with postpartum hemorrhage can effectively reduce the amount of bleeding, improve patients'self-living ability and satisfaction, and reduce the occurrence of complications.
