Objective:To explore the role of comprehensive nursing in postpartum care for patients with gestational hyperten-sion.Method:Time:April 2022 to December 2022;Location:Our hospital;Research subjects:Patients with gestational hy-pertension;Sample size:108 cases;Grouping method:Random number method.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received comprehensive care.The psychological status,blood pressure level,quality of life,and incidence of complications of the two groups of patients were observed.Result:The psychological state scores of the observa-tion group after nursing were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The blood pressure levels of the observation group after nursing were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05);The quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05);The complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of pa-tients were superior in the observation group(P＜0.05);The observation group's 24-hour postpartum bleeding volume and hemostasis time were compared with the control group,and the data were relatively ideal(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Compre-hensive nursing for patients with gestational hypertension after childbirth is beneficial for improving their blood pressure and psychological status,reducing the occurrence of complications,reducing 24-hour postpartum bleeding,shortening postpartum hemostasis time,and improving their quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
