Influence of rehabilitation nursing based on midwife team-led model on postpartum pelvic floor muscle strength and urodynamics in primipara
Objective:To explore the effect of rehabilitation care based on midwifery team-led model in primiparous women.Methods:Ninety-six cases of primiparous women admitted to the First People's Hospital of Plain County from March 2020 to August 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method. The control group(48 cases)implemented conventional care, and the observation(48 cases)group implemented rehabilitation care based on midwife team-led model on the basis of the control group, and both groups continued care for 3 months. The pelvic floor muscle strength index, urodynamic index, quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. The results showed that the pelvic floor muscle strength score was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the levels of maximum urethral closure pressure, abdominal pres-sure leakage point pressure, maximum urinary flow rate, and maximum forced urinary muscle pressure were higher in the ob-servation group than in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the psychological The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with the control group, the observation group had higher scores on the psychological, somatic condition, social function feedback and physical life dimensions of the GQOLI-74;compared with the control group, the observation group had higher satisfaction with nursing care, and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rehabilitation nursing based on midwife team-led model has better application effect in primi-gravida,which is conducive to promoting the recovery of pelvic floor muscle strength, improving urodynamics and quality of life, and higher nursing satisfaction.
