Clinical effect of ear tip bleeding therapy combined with antihypertensive drugs on patients with hypertension(liver yang hyperactivity syndrome)
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of ear tip bleeding therapy combined with antihypertensive drugs in patients with liver yang hyperactivity syndrome with hypertension. Methods:Sample time:March 2021 to November 2022;The sample source is"our hospital";Sample size:90 hypertensive patients with liver yang hyperactivity syndrome;Grouping method:Dig-ital blind selection method. The control group(n=45)and the observation group(n=45)were treated with Nifedipine sus-tained-release tablets alone or combined with ear tip bloodletting, respectively. The efficacy and safety, blood pressure and blood pressure variability levels, and TCM syndrome scores were compared. Results:After treatment, the blood pressure and blood pressure variability levels in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the differences before and after treatment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of 97.78%in the observation group was higher than 82.22%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the TCM symp-tom score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference before and after treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment period, there were 2 cases of adverse reactions in the observation group, accounting for 4.44%,which was lower than 11 cases in the control group, accounting for 24.44%(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of routine treatment and ear tip bleeding therapy can effectively improve blood pressure levels and clinical symptoms in patients with hypertension with liver yang hyperactivity syn-drome,reduce drug toxicity and side effects, and have a significant therapeutic effect. It is worth further promotion.
