Methods and results of blood routine test in pregnant women with anemia during pregnancy
Objective:The types and characteristics of anemia in pregnant women with anemia during pregnancy were discussed. Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 70 pregnant women with gestational anemia(Group A)and 70 healthy pregnant women(Group B)treated by the Maternal and Child Health and Family Planning Service Center in Donggang District,Rizhao City. The blood routine test results were compared and analyzed, and the characteristics of anemia symptoms in pregnant women with gestational anemia were summarized. Results:After inspection and analysis,it was found that the levels of MCH and RDW in the blood routine of pregnant women in Group A were significantly higher than those in Group B,while the levels of Hb,RBC,MCHC,and MCV were significantly lower than those in Group B(P<0.05).More-over,with the increase of gestational age,the Hb,RBC,MCHC,and MCV indicators in the blood routine of pregnant women with anemia in Group A showed a gradually decreasing trend, while the RDW values showed a gradually increasing trend(P<0.05).At the same time,in the early and middle stages of pregnancy, group A pregnant women are mainly characterized by small cell anemia, while in the late stages of pregnancy, they are mainly characterized by large cell anemia. Conclusion:The blood routine test results of pregnant women during pregnancy are significantly different from those of healthy pregnant women, and the blood routine test results of anemic pregnant women may also vary depending on the pregnancy period.There-fore,it is necessary to regularly conduct blood routine tests on pregnant women in clinical practice, detect anemia symptoms as early as possible, and intervene as soon as possible.
