The impact of laparoscopic and traditional open myomectomy for the treatment of uterine fibroids on postoperative incision infection rate and scar incidence
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of laparoscopy and traditional open surgery in the treatment of uterine fibroids. Methods:Extraction period for March 2020-March 2022,to our hospital uterine fibroids patients,a total of 90 cases, random number table group, control group of 45 cases, traditional open surgery, study group 45 cases, laparoscopic uterine fi-broids removed, two groups of surgical index, ovarian function index level, complications,QOL score into the statistical soft-ware,compare the data difference. Results:The blood loss, discharge time, ambultime, operation time and hospitalization were significantly less than(shorter than)the control group,P<0.05;no difference in follicle stimulating hormone and LH,P>0.05,indicating that treatment did not significantly affect ovarian function;Postoperative complications:6.67%,control group 22.22%,P<0.05;QOL score:preoperative,P>0.05,postoperative,QOL score was significantly higher than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:For patients with uterine fibroids, laparoscopic uterine myomectomy will not cause a sig-nificant impact on the ovarian function, the surgical safety is high,it is easy to improve the postoperative quality of life, and has a certain clinical reference value.
