Study on continuous transverse abdominal muscle plane block under ultrasound guidance for postoperative analgesia after cesarean section
Objective:To study the analgesic effect of continuous transverse abdominis plane block under ultrasound guidance af-ter cesarean section.Method:Eighty patients undergoing cesarean section were selected and randomly divided into PCEA group and TAP group. The PCEA group received postoperative epidural analgesia pump, while the TAP group received continuous analgesia through abdominal transverse muscle block and tube connection under ultrasound guidance.Compare VAS scores, frequency of opioid assisted analgesia, incidence of nausea and vomiting, duration of urination, early time to get out of bed,and length of hospital stay.Result:The VAS score, frequency of opioid assisted analgesia, incidence of nausea and vomiting,uri-nation time, early bed time, and hospital stay in the TAP group were better than those in the PCEA group(P<0.05).Con-clusion:After cesarean section, implementing B-ultrasound guided transverse abdominal muscle block and placing a tube con-nected to an analgesic pump for continuous analgesia can improve pain indicators, reduce the frequency of opioid assisted anal-gesia,incidence of nausea and vomiting, shorten urination time, early bed time, and hospital stay.
