Comparison of therapeutic effects between minimally invasive circumcision and small incision traditional surgery in the treatment of palpable negative breast nodules
Objective:To compare the therapeutic effects of small incision traditional surgery and minimally invasive circumci-sion with Maimutong in patients with breast nodules(negative palpation).Method:70 patients with breast nodules(negative palpation)admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were randomly divided into an observation group and a con-trol group, with n=35 cases each.Patient data is comparable(P>0.05).The control group underwent small incision tradi-tional surgery, while the observation group underwent Maimutong minimally invasive circumcision. The observation indicators included various surgical indicators, incidence of complications, excellent and good breast appearance rate at 6 months after sur-gery,and improvement in quality of life.Result:1)Compared with the control group, the observation group had significantly fewer surgical indicators[intraoperative bleeding volume, surgical incision length, surgical time, and hospitalization time],which had statistical value(P<0.05).2)The incidence of complications(swelling, pain, hematoma, infection, and skin itching on the affected side)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).3)The excellent and good breast appearance rate in the observation group at 6 months after surgery was higher than that in the control group, with 80.00%and 97.14%in the control group and the observation group, respectively, with a significant difference(P<0.05).4)Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the quality of life indicators between the con-trol group and the observation group(P>0.05).After treatment, the quality of life indicators increased in both groups, and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with breast nodules(negative palpation),using Maimutong minimally invasive circumcision is more optimal, which can shorten the surgical and hospitaliza-tion time of patients, prevent various complications, improve breast appearance and quality of life.It is recommended to be widely used in clinical practice.
