Objective:To explore the effects of an integrated family delivery room nursing model on the psychological state of mothers after delivery.Methods:80 cases of women admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected as study subjects, and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,40 cases each. The control group used routine nursing intervention, and the observation group used an integrated family delivery room nursing model.Compare the two groups of negative emotions, delivery methods, maternal and child outcomes, quality of life, and role adaptation to excel-lent conditions. Results:Before nursing, the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were compared, and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05);after nursing, the SAS and SDS scores of both groups decreased significantly, and the corresponding scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The rate of natural de-livery in observation group was higher than that in control group, the rate of postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal asphyxia were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Before nursing, the two groups of WHOQOL-BREF scores were com-pared,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after nursing, both groups of WHOQOL-BREF in-creased compared to before nursing, and the WHOQOL-BREF score in the observation group was higher than that of the con-trol group(P<0.05).The excellent rate of role adaptation in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The integrated nursing model of the family delivery room can help mothers reduce anxiety,depres-sion and negative feelings caused by childbirth, increase the natural delivery rate, reduce the adverse outcomes of mother and child, thereby improving the quality of life of mothers, and can help mothers quickly adapt to the mother's role and value appli-cation.
