摘要
目的:观察玉屏风颗粒联合莫西沙星对反复上呼吸道感染患者康复效果、炎性因子和免疫功能的影响,分析玉屏风颗粒联合莫西沙星对反复上呼吸道感染的治疗价值.方法:选取2023年1月至2023年12月在本院接受药物治疗并完成随访的反复上呼吸道感染患者106例为研究对象,根据治疗用药的差异分为观察组53例(玉屏风颗粒联合莫西沙星治疗)和对照组(单用莫西沙星治疗)53例,回顾性分析两组患者在临床症状康复(发热时间、咳嗽咳痰时间以及肺部啰音时间)、炎性因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)]、免疫功能[免疫球蛋白-M(IgM)、免疫球蛋白-G(IgG)、免球蛋白-A(IgA)、CD4+和CD8+]和临床疗效的差异性.结果:观察组发热时间、咳嗽咳痰时间以及肺部啰音时间显著短于对照组,治疗后TNF-α、CRP、IL-6水平显著低于对照组,IgM、IgG、IgA、CD4+和CD8+优于对照组,观察组临床疗效高于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:玉屏风颗粒联合莫西沙星能缩短反复上呼吸道感染康复时间,减轻炎症反应,促进免疫功能康复,提升反复上呼吸道感染临床疗效.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effects of Yupingfeng granules combined with moxifloxacin on rehabilitation effects,in-flammatory factors,and immune function in patients with repeated upper respiratory infections,and to analyze the therapeutic value of Yupingfeng granules combined with moxifloxacin for repeated upper respiratory infections.Methods:106 patients with repeated upper respiratory infections who received medication and completed follow-up in our hospital from January 2023 to De-cember 2023 were selected as study subjects.According to differences in treatment,they were divided into 53 cases in the ob-servation group(Yupingfeng granules combined with moxifloxacin treatment)and 53 cases in the control group(treatment with moxifloxacin alone).The recovery of the two groups of patients with clinical symptoms(fever time,cough and phlegm time,and lung roar time),inflammatory factors[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),C-reactive protein(CRP),and mediated leuko-cyte protein(CRP)Il-6(IL-6)],differences in immune function[immunoglobulin-M(IgM),immunoglobulin-G(IgG),immu-noglobulin-A(IgA),CD4+,and CD8+]and clinical efficacy.Results:The observation group's fever time,cough and phlegm time,and lung howling time were significantly shorter than the control group.After treatment,TNF-α,CRP,and IL-6 levels were significantly lower than those in the control group.IgM,IgG,IgA,CD4+,and CD8+were superior to the control group.The clinical efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statis-tically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Yupingfeng granules combined with moxifloxacin can shorten the recovery time for repeated upper respiratory infections,reduce inflammatory response,promote immune function recovery,and enhance the clini-cal efficacy of repeated upper respiratory infections.
