Objective:To explore the application effects of ear acupressure combined with acupressure in rehabilitation manage-ment after cesarean section.Methods:120 women who underwent caesarean section in our hospital from January 2022 to March 2023 were selected as study subjects and randomly grouped according to a numerical table method.Of these,60 were control groups, using routine rehabilitation management after surgery;the other 60 were observation groups, with ear pressure and ac-upuncture points added on the basis of routine rehabilitation management. The start time of lactation, degree of breast tender-ness,degree of incision pain, and recovery of gastrointestinal function after the two groups were compared. Results:Lactation initiation time after surgery was shorter in the observation group than in the control group, and the probability of grade 0 breast tenderness was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);6 hours after surgery, there was no significant difference in visual simulation score(VAS)between the two groups when resting or turning over(P<0.05),and the observation group's VAS scores during rest and 24 hours after surgery were lower than in the control group(P<0.05);the observation group's recovery time for bowel sounds, first exhaust time, and first defecation time were shorter than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ear acupressure combined with acupressure can promote rapid lactation, restore gastrointestinal function, and improve breast tenderness and incision pain in post-cesarean section rehabilitation management.
