Anaesthetic effect and organ protection of dexmedetomidine combined with sufentanil in patients undergoing cardiopulmonary bypass heart valve replacement
Objective:To analyze the effect of dexmedetomidine combined with sufentanil in patients undergoing cardiopulmo-nary bypass heart valve replacement. Methods:A total of 84 patients(March 2021~March 2023)were selected to receive car-diopulmonary bypass heart valve replacement in our hospital, and were divided into two groups according to random number ta-ble method(Sufentanil anesthesia was administered to 42 patients in the control group.A total of 42 patients in the observation group received Sufentanil+dexmedetomidine anesthesia). The anesthesia effect, organ protection and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results:The anesthesia effect and organ protection effect between the two groups were better in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the ob-servation group(7.14%)was lower than that in the control group(21.43%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of dexmedetomidine and sufentanil for anesthesia in patients with cardiopulmonary bypass heart valve replacement has a good effect, which can not only protect the body organs and tissues, but also actively prevent and control the occurrence of adverse reactions to a certain extent.
