Objective:To explore the influence of nursing path in operating room on stress response of patients undergoing lapa-roscopic myomectomy.Methods:From January 2021 to December 2022,120 patients who received laparoscopic myomectomy in the hospital were randomly divided into control group(routine nursing in operating room)and research group(nursing path in operating room)with 60 patients in each group.Monitor the stress response of patients during perioperative period,evaluate the psychological and emotional changes of patients before and after operation,observe the complications of patients,and final-ly investigate the nursing satisfaction.Results:Compared with time T0,the heart rate,diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of the two groups increased significantly at time T1 and T2(P＜0.05).Compared with the control group,the heart rate,diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in the study group were lower at T1 and T2(P＜0.05).Com-pared with admission,the scores of SAS and SDS in both groups decreased significantly at discharge(P＜0.05).Compared with the control group,the scores of SAS and SDS in the study group were lower(P＜0.05).Compared with the control group,the complication rate in the study group was lower(P＜0.05).Compared with the control group,the nursing satisfac-tion of the study group was higher(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The nursing path for patients undergoing laparoscopic myomecto-my can significantly reduce the perioperative stress response of patients,which is conducive to the smooth operation,and can alleviate the patients'bad psychological mood,reduce complications and accelerate the postoperative rehabilitation process.
