Objective:To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing model in clinical nursing of pregnant women with pregnancy induced hypertension.Methods:This study selected 90 pregnant women with pregnancy induced hypertension who were hospitalized in our hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 as the research subjects.They were randomly di-vided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method.The control group patients were all treated with traditional nursing interventions,while the observation group patients received comprehensive nursing interven-tions.Compare the clinical efficacy,systolic blood pressure(SBP)and diastolic blood pressure(DBP)levels,mental health,sleep quality,and quality of life between two groups of patients before and after treatment.Results:1)The total clinical effec-tive rate of the observation group was 95.56％,significantly higher than 84.44％of the control group(P＜0.05);2)After the intervention,the levels of SBP and DBP in both groups of patients were significantly reduced compared to before the inter-vention(P＜0.05),and the decrease in the observation group was significantly greater than that in the control group(P＜0.05);3)After nursing intervention,the anxiety and depression scores of both groups of patients were significantly reduced compared to before intervention(P＜0.05),and the decrease in mental health scores in the observation group was significant-ly greater than that in the control group(P＜0.05);4)After intervention,the sleep quality score(PSQI)of both groups of patients significantly decreased compared to before intervention(P＜0.05),and the observed group showed a significant de-crease compared to the control group(P＜0.05);5)According to the SF-36 Life Scale scoring method,both groups of pa-tients showed a significant increase in all dimensions of the scale and the total score of the scale after intervention compared to before intervention(P＜0.05),and the improvement in all dimensions of the score in the observation group after intervention was significantly greater than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The application of comprehensive nursing mode in the clinical nursing of pregnant women with pregnancy induced hypertension has a significant effect,which can effec-tively improve the prognosis of patients and improve their quality of life.
