Influence of video official account on emotional management,stress and operation quality of patients undergoing laparoscopic hysterectomy during preoperative visit
Objective:To analyze the influence of video official account on preoperative emotional management,stress and opera-tion quality of patients undergoing laparoscopic hysterectomy during preoperative visit.Methods:60 patients undergoing lapa-roscopic hysterectomy from January 2021 to February 2023 were divided into 30 patients in two groups by coin toss.The con-trol group implemented traditional preoperative visit care,and the observation group used video official account during preoper-ative visit.Comparing the differences in anxiety scores,depression scores,physiological stress indicators,and the overall inci-dence of intraoperative complications.Results:The overall incidence of intraoperative complications,anxiety,depression and physiological stress indicators of the observation group were lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The application of video official account in preoperative visit can improve the preoperative emotional management effect of patients undergoing laparoscopic hysterectomy,alleviate physiological stress reaction,and reduce the total incidence of intraoperative complications,which is worth promoting.
