Objective:To study the nursing effect of early nursing intervention on children with viral encephalitis.Methods:From January 2020 to August 2023,80 children with pediatric viral encephalitis in our hospital were randomly divided into 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine care and the study group received early nursing intervention.Results:The duration of symptom relief and hospitalization in study group were shorter than those in control group(P＜0.05).FMA motor function score and quality of life score in the nursing group were higher than those in the control group,P＜0.05;The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,P＜0.05.Conclusion:For children with vi-ral encephalitis,the implementation of early nursing intervention can promote the improvement of symptoms,improve the mo-tor function of children,improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction,with significant clinical value.
