Therapeutic value and symptom improvement of Labetalol + magnesium sulfate in hypertensive pregnancy
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of labetalol + magnesium sulfate in the treatment of hypertensive patients during pregnancy. Methods:A total of 88 patients with gestational hypertension were selected from 2020.10 to 2021.10 in our hospital. The patients were divided into groups by 1∶1 random sequence distribution.Monotherapy group(magnesium sulfate,n=44)and combination group(Labetalol + magnesium sulfate,n=44);The clinical effect of the two groups was compared. Results:After medication, the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of combination group were lower than those of single drug group, and the diastolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of combination group were significantly lower than those of single drug group(P<0.05).The urine protein content and inflammatory factor concentration in combination group were lower than those in monotherapy group(P<0.05).The indexes of delivery outcome in combination group were better than those in monotherapy group, and the data were significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions was 1.91%in combination group and 25.00%in monotherapy group, but the data were significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:For the patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension, the application of labetalol + magnesium sulfate is not only safe, but al-so can reduce the risk of labor and pregnancy, and has a significant gain effect on the improvement of blood pressure control level.
