Study on the clinical effect of HPV,TCT and colposcopy for cervical cancer screening
Objective:To explore the efficacy of HPV,TCT and colposcopy for cervical cancer screening. Methods:A total of 100 patients with suspected cervical lesions who were admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were given HPV and TCT tests and colposcopy.Taking the pathological examination results as the gold standard, the detection rates of HPV and TCT tests and colposcopy combined with or without colposcopy for cervical lesions were analyzed and compared,as well as the diagnostic efficacy of HPV and TCT tests combined with or without colposcopy.Results:Fifty-eight of the 100 sus-pected cervical lesions were confirmed as cervical lesions by pathological examination, including 20 cases with low-grade squa-mous intraepithelial lesions,27 cases with high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions and 11 cases with cervical cancer. The de-tection rates of HPV,TCT and colposcopy were 100.00%(58/58),respectively,higher than those of HPV alone,TCT and col-poscopy.The detection rates of HPV alone and colposcopy were 90.91%(430/473)and 90.91%(430/473),respectively,higher than that of TCT alone(P<0.05).The accuracy, sensitivity and negative predictive value of HPV and TCT combined screen-ing for cervical cancer were 90.91%(430/473),90.91%(430/473)and 90.91%(430/473),respectively,higher than those of HPV and TCT alone(P<0.05).Conclusion:In cervical cancer screening, combined with TCT,HPV testing and colposcopy can significantly improve the accuracy of screening, and timely diagnose the disease and give targeted treatment to improve the prognosis of patients.
