The application of cognitive train combined with behavioral guidance in contraception of SLE women
Objective:To explore the application value of cognitive training combined with behavioral guidance in contraception for female patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).Methods:84 patients with SLE who were treated in our hospital from March 2019 to March 2021 were selected as research objects, and divided into study group(42 cases)and control group(42 cases)according to the difference of intervention methods. The study group received cognitive training combined with be-havioral guidance, while the control group received routine health education guidance.Contraceptive status, contraceptive effect, contraceptive compliance, contraceptive satisfaction and bad mood scores of the two groups were compared.Results:1)The contraceptive status of patients in the study group was better than that in the control group, especially in oral contracep-tive,oral contraceptive plus condom and IUD placement(P<0.05).2)Five months after intervention, the pregnancy rate of patients in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).3)The scores of contraceptive compliance and intervention satisfaction in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).4)After 6 months of intervention, the scores of HAMA and HAMD in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Carrying out cognitive training and behavioral guidance for SLE women can improve the success rate of contraception, improve patients'bad mood, and improve their treatment compliance and intervention satisfaction.
