目的:探讨于宫颈炎合并HPV感染患者中应用龙胆泻肝汤加减疗法的临床治疗效果。方法:2020 年 1 月至 2022 年 10月，选取宫颈炎合并HPV感染患者共计 70 例，以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组两组，各 35 例，对照组行保妇康栓治疗，观察组以保妇康栓治疗为基础行龙胆泻肝汤加减疗法，以治疗效果、炎症因子水平改善情况、病情复发情况作为观察指标。结果:1)对照组和观察组治疗总有效率分别为 77。14%、94。29%，观察组高于对照组，差异显著(P<0。05)。2)炎症因子[血清白介素 1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CRP)]水平治疗前，对照组和观察组比较(P>0。05)，炎症因子水平治疗后两组均降低，观察组低于对照组(P<0。05)。3)和对照组比较，症状消失、宫颈柱状上皮异位愈合、HPV-DNA观察组改善时间均显著较短(P<0。05)。4)不良反应发生率对照组和观察组比较，两组无显著差异(P>0。05)。5)对照组和观察组患者复发率分别为 22。86%、5。71%，观察组低于对照组，差异显著(χ2=4。200，P=0。040<0。05)。结论:以保妇康栓治疗为基础实施胆泻肝汤加减疗法针对宫颈炎合并 HPV感染病人可发挥显著作用效果，可改善患者炎症因子水平，促进患者病情康复，改善临床症状，同时可预防病情复发。
Clinical observation of modified Longdan Xiegan Decoction for cervicitis complicated with HPV infection
Objective:To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of Longdan xiegan decoction plus or minus therapy in patients with cervicitis complicated with HPV infection.Methods:From January 2020 to October 2022,a total of 70 patients with cer-vinitis complicated with HPV infection were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received Baofukang suppository treatment,while the observation group received Longdan xergan decoction plus or minus treatment based on Baofukang suppository treatment.The therapeutic effect,improvement of inflammatory factors and recurrence of the disease were used as observation indexes.Results:1)The total effective rate of the control group and the observation group was 77.14%and 94.29%,respectively,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).2)Before treatment,the levels of inflam-matory factors[serum interleukin1β(IL-1β),tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α),C-reactive protein(CRP)]in control group and observation group were decreased(P>0.05),and the levels of inflammatory factors in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).3)Compared with the control group,the symptoms disappeared,the ectopic healing of cer-vical columnar epithelium and the improvement time of HPV-DNA observation group were significantly shorter(P<0.05).4)There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between control group and observation group(P>0.05).5)The recurrence rates of the control group and the observation group were 22.86%and 5.71%,respectively,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was significant(χ2 =4.200,P=0.040<0.05).Conclu-sion:Based on the treatment of Baofukang Supposal,Danxiegan decoction can play a significant role in the treatment of patients with cervicitis complicated with HPV infection.It can improve the level of inflammatory factors in patients,promote the reha-bilitation of patients,improve clinical symptoms,and prevent the recurrence of the disease,which is worthy of clinical applica-tion.
