Use ROC curves to analyze peripheral blood soluble TNF receptors and IL-15 to evaluate the prognostic value of tuberculosis
Objective:To analyze the peripheral blood soluble tumor necrosis factor receptor(sTNFR)and interleukin-15(IL-15)to evaluate the prognostic value of tuberculosis. Methods:We selected 150 tuberculosis patients treated in the Zaozhuang Chest Hospital from January 2022 to August 2023,compared serum sTNFR-55,sTnFR-75,and IL-15 levels in the good and poor prognostic groups, analyzed the risk factors for poor prognosis in tuberculosis patients, and drew a subjects'working curve,calcu-lated the area under the curve, and analyzed the predictive efficacy of serum sTNFR-55,sTNFR-75,and IL-15 on poor tubercu-losis prognosis. Results:The levels of serum sTNFR-55 and sTNFR-75 in the poor prognosis group were lower than those in the good prognosis group, and the level of serum IL-15 was higher than that in the good prognosis group(P<0.05).According to logistic regression analysis, age, extent of lesion, serum sTNFR-55,sTnFR-75,and IL-15 are risk factors for poor prognosis in tuberculosis patients(P<0.05).The sensitivity of combined detection of serum sTNFR-55,sTNFR-75 and IL-15 was higher than that of single detection(P<0.05).The specificity of combined detection of serum sTNFR-55,sTNFR-75 and IL-15 was no difference from that of single detection(P>0.05).Conclusion:Serum sTnFR-55 and sTnFR-75 expression levels are low in tuberculosis patients, and serum IL-15 expression is high.Combined testing of serum sTNFR-55,sTnFR-75,and IL-15 can im-prove the predictive efficacy of patients and has certain reference value.
