Research status of vaginal microecology during pregnancy
The female vagina is a dynamic microenvironment composed of vaginal flora,the host's endocrine system,vaginal a-natomy and the local immune system.When the dynamic balance of interactions between vaginal flora,host and environment is disrupted,a series of diseases may result.Pregnancy,in turn,is a complex and dynamically changing physiological process that may lead to vaginal microecological imbalance,resulting in adverse pregnancy outcomes.This article reviews the character-istics and influencing factors of vaginal microecology in non-pregnant and pregnant women,aiming to provide some references for the prevention of vaginal microecological imbalance during pregnancy.
