The value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of ovarian endometrioid carcinoma
Objective:To observe the ultrasound manifestations of ovarian endometrioid carcinoma,summarize the characteristics of ultrasound images,and improve the preoperative diagnosis of this disease.Methods:From January 2021 to December 2022,the complete clinical data of 21 patients with ovarian endometrioid carcinoma confirmed by surgery and pathology were collected from the Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital Affiliated to Zhejiang University Medical College.Results:Of the 21 patients,18 were unilateral and 3 were bilateral.The main ultrasound findings of ovarian endometrioid carcinoma in this study are solid hy-poechoic masses or cystic solid mixed echo masses.Among them,there were 11 patients with endometrial lesions,9 patients with or with a history of endometriosis,and 4 patients with ascites.Conclusion:The ultrasound findings of ovarian endometrioid car-cinoma have certain characteristics.Combining clinical symptoms,serum CA125 levels,and a history of endometrial lesions or endometriosis can improve the preoperative diagnosis of this disease to a certain extent.
