The effect of PBL model health education on high-risk pregnant women with diabetes and its influence on pregnancy outcome and bad mood
Objective:To observe and analyze the effect of PBL health education model on pregnancy outcomes and adverse emo-tions of high-risk pregnant women with diabetes. Methods:From January 2021 to December 2022,a total of 100 pregnant women with high risk of diabetes during pregnancy were selected as research samples.According to the random number table, the 100 pregnant women with high risk of diabetes during pregnancy were divided into two groups(observation group and con-trol group),with a ratio of 1∶1.The control group(n=50)received routine prenatal care mode, while the observation group(n=50)received PBL mode health education on top of the control group.Compare the pregnancy outcomes, adverse emotions, and blood glucose levels of two groups of primiparous women after implementing nursing interventions. Results:After nurs-ing,the incidence of excessive amniotic fluid, postpartum hemorrhage, premature delivery, and fetal malformation in the ob-servation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);After nursing, the adverse emotions of both groups of postpartum women improved, and the observation group was better than the control group,P<0.05;After nurs-ing,the blood glucose level of both groups was improved, and the blood glucose level of the observation group was in a better state,P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of PBL health education model to high-risk pregnant women with diabetes in pregnancy can significantly improve the pregnancy outcome of primipara, and improve their bad mood and blood sugar level, which has a positive effect.
