Application of Kangfuyan capsule combined with cefotaxime sodium in the clinical treatment of endometritis
Objective:To study the clinical value of Kangfuyan capsule combined with cefotaxime sodium in the treatment of en-dometritis.Methods:Eighty cases of patients with endometritis in our hospital from October 2022 to September 2023 were se-lected as the research object,and they were divided into control group and study group according to the time sequence of treat-ment.With 40 cases in each group,the control group received cefotaxime sodium treatment,the study group was treated with Kangfuyan capsule on the basis of the control group,and compare the clinical treatment effects,clinical symptoms,inflamma-tory factors,and adverse reactions(including dizziness,nausea,vomiting,diarrhea,etc.)between two groups.Results:After 2 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was 95.00%higher than that of the control group 80.00%(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the clinical symptom scores of dysleucorrhea,abdominal pain,fever and other symp-toms in the study group showed significant Necrosis Factor,including C-reactive protein(CRP),Interleukin-4(IL-4),and Tumor necrosis factor-α.The levels of TNF-α,Interleukin-8(IL-8)and other inflammatory markers were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).During the treatment period,the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 5.00%com-pared with 7.50%in the control group,with no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Kangfuyan capsule combined with cefotaxime sodium can improve the treatment effect of endometritis,improve clinical symptoms and inflammation level.
