Research progress in prevention of bleeding at subcutaneous injection site of low molecular weight heparin
Low molecular weight heparin is widely used in clinical anticoagulant,which can effectively inhibit thrombosis.However,subcutaneous hemorrhage at the injection site is the most common adverse reaction when using low molecular weight heparin.At present,clinical researchers have focused on the factors related to subcutaneous hemorrhage at the injection site.In this paper,the factors and prevention methods of injection site hemorrhage caused by subcutaneous injection of low molecular weight heparin were summarized and summarized.
