Analysis of the current situation and related influencing factors of negative emotions in primipara after delivery
Objective:To analyze the occurrence of negative emotions in primipara after delivery and its related influencing fac-tors.Methods:The clinical data of 103 primipara who delivered in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were ret-rospectively analyzed, and the occurrence of negative emotions after delivery was statistically analyzed; In addition, data on the age, delivery style, education level, monthly family income, previous abortion history, pregnancy complications, husband's company, and delivery process of primipara were collected. The related factors affecting the occurrence of negative emotions were analyzed using a multivariate logistic regression analysis model. Results:Among 103 primiparas, there were 28 cases with negative emotions after delivery, the incidence rate was 27.18%(28/103).Univariate analysis showed that age, delivery mode, education level and previous abortion history had nothing to do with the occurrence of negative emotions of primiparas after de-livery,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).However,the monthly family income, pregnancy com-plications,husband's company and delivery process were related to the occurrence of negative emotions of primiparas after deliv-ery,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the monthly family income was less than 8000 yuan(β=1.974,OR=7.200,95%CI=2.762~18.766)and there were complica-tions during pregnancy(β=2.671,OR=14.455,95%CI = 4.489~46).95%CI=1.035~6.099)and the unsmooth delivery process(β=1.155,OR=3.173,95%CI=1.288~7.820)were the main influencing factors of negative emotions after delivery(P<0.05).Conclusion:The incidence of negative emotions in primipara after delivery is high, and the factors that affect the occurrence of negative emotions are diverse, such as family monthly income<8000 yuan, pregnancy complications, absence of husband, and poor delivery process.Clinical attention should be paid to the above high-risk groups.
