Objective:To explore the application of tutorial system combined with feedback management mode in clinical pipeline management.Methods:120 registered nurses in a grade A hospital in Jiangxi province were randomly divided into experimental group and control group by random number table method.The control group adopted the traditional pipeline management mode,and the experimental group introduced the management mode of tutor system combined with feedback method on the basis of the control group.The core competence of catheter nursing,the qualified rate of catheter nursing quality inspection and the inci-dence of adverse events in catheter nursing were compared between the two groups.Multiple linear stepwise regression analysis was used to explore the influencing factors of catheter nursing quality.Results:There was no significant difference in the basic information of nurses between the two groups(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the core competence of catheter nursing of nurses in the experimental group was improved,the incidence of adverse events in catheter nursing was reduced,and the qualified rate of catheter nursing quality inspection was increased,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After interven-tion,working years,age and educational background were the independent influencing factors for nurses to master the knowl-edge of catheter nursing.Conclusion:The application of the management mode of tutor system combined with feedback method in the management of nurses'duct effectively improves the core competence of nurses'duct nursing,reduces the incidence of ad-verse events in the whole hospital's duct nursing,and improves the prognosis of patients,especially the nurses with high working years,high age and high education.
